ADHD Coaching

I understand very well the complex mix of challenges and strengths of the neurodiverse mind. Together, we can comprehend both how they work in you. After all, despite our many commonalities, people have very different personalities and experiences.
On this page, you can read about my approach to individual coaching sessions, which are not about “fixing” you, but about building the right support around your unique mind. In our time together, I will help you learn how your neurodiverse mind functions in different aspects of your life, with its advantages and difficulties, and how to adapt to life, creating an “scaffold” around your life so that you do not fall due to ADHD.
ADHD coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical supervision, but it is complementary. In the literature, despite being a relatively new practice, its benefits are well documented.
